India hit out at Pakistan over its circulation of a letter to the UN Security Council on a recent Court of Arbitration pronouncement linked to the Indus Waters Treaty, saying Islamabad was misrepresenting facts and propagating falsehoods. దేశ సార్వభౌమ నిర్ణయాలపై చట్టవిరుద్ధంగా ఏర్పాటైన ఈ కోర్టుకు ఎలాంటి పరిధి లేదని, అలాగే ఆగస్టు 31న ఈ కోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పు భారత్కు వర్తించదని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
