IMD has issued a heavy rain alert for Andhra Pradesh as a weather system over the Bay of Bengal is likely to intensify into a cyclonic storm within the next 24 hours. బంగాళాఖాతంలో ఏర్పడిన వాతావరణ వ్యవస్థ రాబోయే 24 గంటల్లో తుఫానుగా బలపడే అవకాశం ఉన్నందున, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్కు భారీ వర్ష సూచనను IMD జారీ చేసింది.
