Project estimated at ₹3,476 crore with six bypasses across Palnadu, Prakasam and Guntur districts. వినుకొండ నుంచి గుంటూరు వరకు 85.9 కి.మీ జాతీయ రహదారి 544డీని నాలుగు లైన్లుగా విస్తరించే ప్రాజెక్టు డీపీఆర్ సిద్ధం. రూ.3,476 కోట్ల అంచనా, ఆరు బైపాస్లు.
